Mr. Okoli is an economist with eyes for details. His work on budget and research
in public finance dates back to his days at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka,
where he graduated with BSc. in Economics in 2009. Furthermore, he also
maintain a research affiliation with the University of Maastricht and the United
Nations University in the Netherlands in the research area of institutions and
development. 
His recent engagements outside of the academic environment have been in the
developing community development programmes for Non-Governmental
organizations(NGOs), alongside providing country-specific market and policy
insights across sectors to businesses and other organizations wishing to enter the
Nigerian market, with keen interest in strategy and business innovation. 
Ikechukwu Okoli is passionate about how efficient operation of government and
appropriate policies can deliver a better life to citizens and in particular on the
ability of young Africans in transforming the continent’s governance and
economy.
