Building Our People
This project area will be undertaken in two dimensions. First will be partnership
with relevant organizations to ensure the availability of learning infrastructure in
target rural communities. The implementation will be undertaken through
collaboration with the Computers for Schools Nigeria (CFSN) Programme and
other organizations willing to provide support for improving both the quality and
delivery of learning in the selected states and education facilities. 

The second dimension of this project area will involve the actual knowledge
transfer and capacity building for rural farm and non-farm residents to enable
them get the best out of their endeavors. Blended learning strategy will be
adapted to shore-up for instances of deficiency in the available number of
instructors.  The aim is to enable farmers optimize their production capacities and
produce at standards and qualities that guarantee the greatest value for them.

Behind our capacity building efforts is a dedication to action-based research on
the issue that affect our communities the most. Research that leads to a proper
positioning of our people for a better life and better compliance with best-
practices that ensure that they get the best from their chosen economic
endeavors while they meet collectively agreed on International Standards.
